Eligiblity

A U.S. citizen
Must provide copy of valid US passport.
Cannot be married, unless the spouse is individually eligible and also participating in the Work in Canada program. No parents with dependent children are permitted.
Aged 18 to 30 upon entry to Canada.
If you have ever been arrested or convicted of an offense/crime, you need to provide a Criminal Background Check that states that you have no convictions or you will not be eligible to be on this program.
A full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university either in the Spring of 2011, or Fall of 2010.
You choose the date you wish to enter Canada within your eligibility period and book your own travel accordingly. If you submit full-time student status for Fall 2010 you must enter Canada by 15th August 2011. Spring 2011 student status will permit entry up to 15th February 2012.
If you want to repeat the Work in Canada program you must attend a U.S. college or university for one full academic year between programs.
