SWAP will process your application within 14 days of receiving it. Your Work in Canada Pre-Departure kit, which includes your Canadian Certificate of Participation will be send to you via FedEx Express.

ATTENTION: The Government of Canada has introduced a new Participation Fee of $150.00 CND effective immediately. This governmental fee is in addition to the Program Fee of $255.00. Most national governments, such as the US Government, who host foreign students on work-based exchange programs have similar policies.
