Work visa that entitles participants to work up to 12 months
Sprechen sie deutsch? For both SWAP AUSTRIA AND GERMANY a working knowledge of German is highly recommended but not required. If your German skills are minimal please keep in mind that positions may be limited. However, teaching English or French, or certain office and tourism jobs are more available.
Two nights’ accommodation at a hostel or budget hotel in Berlin (optional)
- Arrival orientation in Berlin hosted by College Council. At orientation you will receive tips on securing work, finding accommodation and information on red tape issues
- Hosting centre is equipped with phones, computers, Internet access and fax machine
- College Council provides ongoing support and emergency services for the full duration of your stay
