How to Register - it's simple
Step 1  |
Read the country specific eligibility information to ensure you meet all the requirements for the destination to which you are applying. SWAP Destinations |

Print off the 2010 SWAP Registration Form and read the Registration Conditions. SWAP Registration Form |
| Step 3 |
Once you understand and accept the Registration conditions, complete the SWAP Registration Form. Don’t forget to sign and date the form! |
| Step 4 |
Take your Registration form and the documents outlined below to your nearest Travel CUTS/Voyages Campus, Adventure Travel Company or Odyssey Travel office. Our travel counsellors are there to assist you. Find a Partner office |
Swap registration checklists
Include the following documents as part of your registration:
- 2010 SWAP Registration Form completed and signed
- One copy of a typed letter of reference. You may choose to use the SWAP reference form available here (PDF)
- Proof of student status for our SWAP student programs

 Travel Insurance Yeah, we know it’s boring but don’t switch your brain off when it comes to travel insurance- it’s important! To be protected on your travels, SWAP Working Holidays strongly recommends that you take out full medical and travel insurance through Bon Voyage. Having insurance is a requirement for all SWAP programs. If you are covered through another insurance company you must sign a waiver form and provide proof of the insurance. |
