Has a Travel CUTS counselor there to answer any questions, help book tours and flights to prepare for their trip
Has access to SWAP Exchange at www.swap.ca where they can talk to other SWAPPPERs who are departing, or already overseas to ask for advice, tips, or to set up a social network before you leave
Has arrival accommodation pre-booked into one of our SWAPPER-approved hostels/hotels regardless of season.
Receives a SWAP Final Kit that has all the pre-departure information you need including where to go and what to when you get there
Gets arrival orientation where he/she gets set up with a bank account and tax number right away
Has access to Hosting Centre in their destination city where they can look at in-house job and accommodation postings, ask advice of staff who are there to help with any questions or problems
Has ongoing support and emergency support services available to them for the duration of their trip
