PERSONAL TRAVEL COUNSELOR
Simply visit one of our Travel CUTS/Voyages Campus/Adventure Travel Company/Odyssey Travel shops across Canada. You can register on-site, and start your visa application process. You’ll have many questions and our travel counselors are there to help you. We provide guidance as to how much time you should allow for visa processing to ensure that you receive your visa on time.

VISA APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
SWAP sends you your visa application plus step-by-step instructions on how to complete all of the daunting paper work. If you should have any problems filling out your visa application, your travel counselor is there for on-going assistance.

DOCUMENT CHECK LIST
SWAP gives you your visa application forms and detailed instructions to help you complete the forms. We also provide you with a "Document Checklist" which lists all of the supporting documents that you must submit for your visa.

PRE-DEPARTURE RESOURCES
When you register for SWAP you'll receive lots of useful information that will help you prepare to live and work abroad. Included are country-specific handbooks that contain information on employment, taxes, short and long-term accommodation, and much more.

FINAL KIT
We provide you with your "Final Kit" which includes your visa, orientation and hosting centre information. We walk you through what to do and where to go when you arrive. Your travel counselor will review this pre-departure information with you and will discuss your flight arrangements and answer any questions you may have.

ORIENATATION UPON ARRIVAL
Orientations review everything you'll need to know about living in your destination country. The hosting centre staff will inform you on key topics such as banking, finding work, renting, taxes, employment laws, phones, and much more. They’ll also be happy to answer any questions you may have.

ALL THE RESOURCES YOU NEED
Hosting centres provide you with computers, Internet access, fax and phones. They assist you with your job and long-term accommodation searches. The staff is there to support for the full duration of your stay.

TIME TO FIND A JOB?
Hosting centres provide job postings to start your search. The staff provide practical information about finding working so that you don't spend your first several days wasting your time, energy and money.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
If an unforeseen situation does arise, we are there to help you. Be it a lost visa or passport, an employer who is refusing to pay you, to a more serious situation such as an accident, our staff are there to help. Most centres include a 24-hour emergency line for your convenience.

FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF
Most staff have worked abroad so they understand the challenges, choices and wonderful experiences that you will face. They're experienced in assisting travellers with any problems they may have. The staff are also always arranging social events like pub nights and excursions - a fantastic way to have an instant social network of international friends!
